Cancellation/Change of Date Policy: We have a strict “No Refund” policy once you have booked and/or donated for any of our tours. This includes no shows, missing your scheduled tour, or last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, you must provide a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your scheduled tour or your cancellation will be considered as a donation. We will do our best to assist you with rescheduling any tour according to our available dates if we are contacted ahead of time. Appointments are subject to change and may be rescheduled by Honey Tree Farm depending on weather conditions or animal emergencies.
